Advantages and disadvantages of human resources in Nepal

merit

・The speed of learning Japanese is fast (because the word order of Japanese and Nepali is similar)

・ Complaints about the smell of spices because I eat curry every day (place of residence)

・Sometimes they want to take paid leave during the festival season (usually October and November)

・Recruitment fee is high (usually 20 to 30% of the annual income of employed foreigners, but our company is uniformly 500,000 yen)

・We must actively accept paid leave when returning to Japan temporarily.
